Daniella Furman

Daniella received her Ph.D. in Psychology from Stanford University where she worked with Ian Gotlib to characterize anomalies in brain structure and function associated with Major Depression, as well as to better understand the nature of the relation among symptoms of the disorder. As a postdoc at the University of California, Berkeley, Daniella is using a combination of pharmacological fMRI, genetics, and PET imaging to investigate the role of dopamine in mediating facets of cognitive control and the neurobiological architecture that supports them.
