Emily Dennis is a postdoctoral research fellow at USC, and completed my PhD at UCLA with Paul Thompson. My dissertation at UCLA focused on examining the developmental trajectory of measures of structural connectivity in typical development between adolescence and early adulthood. My postdoctoral work is building off of this foundation in typical development to pediatric traumatic brain injury (TBI). My main project tracks structural changes in the pediatric brain longitudinally after injury. I am collaborating with Dr. Gotlib’s lab in imaging analysis for several projects. Before attending graduate school, I was a Project Coordinator in Dr. Gotlib’s lab and am very happy to be collaborating on his projects again.
