Jackie S. Kirschenbaum

Jackie is a fourth year graduate student in the SNAP Lab. Her broader research goal is to gain insight into the neural underpinnings of affective and cognitive functioning in depression. She currently uses resting-state fMRI and Experience Sampling Methodology to understand the daily emotional experiences of depressed individuals. Her research also focuses on identifying neural patterns of adolescents at risk for depressive symptoms and suicidal ideation. Before arriving at Stanford, Jackie worked on clinical trials for treatment-resistant depression.
