Lab Manager
Charishma Chotalia graduated from Stanford University in June 2010 with a B.A. in Psychology. As an undergrad, Charishma worked in the Mind, Culture, and Society Lab. As part of her honors thesis in that lab, she designed a study that looked at perceptions of help-seeking behaviors in domestic violence situations in India as well as a study that looked at the relationship between social networks and depressive symptoms cross-culturally in India and the U.S. She joined the Gotlib Lab in June 2010 and is currently the lab manager for the adult depression studies conducted in the lab. Charishma recently moved to San Francisco and in her free time enjoys going to new coffee shops, exploring different neighborhoods, and trying out all of the amazing restaurants in her new neighborhood.
