Marissa grew up in Denver, CO and Orlando, FL and will graduate from Stanford University in December 2017 with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Biology. She joined the Gotlib Lab in fall of 2013 as an undergraduate research assistant, and now coordinates the B.A.B.I.E.S. project, which considers how early experience and the caregiving environment shape neurological development and later developmental outcomes. Outside of lab, she enjoys bicycling, reading, running, and spending time with family and friends.
